I am not a doctor and neither are any of the mothers who will be posting on the blog; all advice and recommendations given on this blog are based on personal experience ONLY. As I became pregnant I felt there was a lack of useful information for Pregnant CrossFitters. CrossFit is still in its infancy and little medical research has been done on the effects of CrossFitting on the pregnant mother and child. I am using this forum to communicate within a community of like-minded individuals and provide an outlet for information to be shared and stored.
