2013 Pregnant Ladies of CFKoP

Aimee due late July, Steph due with Twins in October and Beth due in October also!

We represent three of the 7 current Pregnant ladies at CFKoP this month!

As I became pregnant I felt there was a lack of useful information for Pregnant CrossFitters. CrossFit is still in its infancy and little medical research has been done on the effects of CrossFitting on the pregnant mother and child.
